Discovery Ranch for Girls is a well-run industry leader in residential treatment for adolescent girls. There is a culture of caring and respect, but also of excellence and high expectation both for staff and students. Staff care about one another and take a genuine interest in the girls. People listen to one another's opinions respectfully and everyone's opinion matters. There is a lot of drama and manipulation coming from the students every day, and it can be emotionally taxing.
